She’s THICCCk!
This is a THICK lotion! Upon the first time using, I’m like “YES! She’s dark!” When I started to rub it in, it turned white and I realized you really had to RUB and RUB to get it to blend out into your skin. I hopped in the bed and I get GREAT color. No transfer, no streaks, and no ATO (after tan odor- if ya know, ya know). Buttt she also felt greasy all over my skin. I’m sure there’s silicone in this and that is the culprit. It has a cologne smell to it as well, but that’s to mask all the DHA bronzers in it. I don’t mind it, and it can definitely be a unisex lotion. She also gave a weird orange colored glow to my hands, but with ALL dark bronzers, you’ve gotta wash your hands after applying! If you’re looking for a thick lotion for winter skin and maintaining that summer glow, she’s a good pick for the price point. Anything that Devoted has put out hasn’t been an absolute hate, but so be prepared to rub her in. I put it on before I dress and head to the salon, as I’ve found this helps to even it out and I can usually hop right in without any reapplication. I don’t recommend putting any other lotion on top of this if you like to mix as it will pill up on your skin into little white balls. I’ve just got mixed feelings about her. I don’t love it, but I don’t hate it either. She’s not one in my rotation of lotions but I’ve used her a few times over the past four or five months.

Good results
I do believe this lotions gives good results. It gets you dark and definitely gives a more brown tan than orange. My biggest issue that is stopping me from loving this lotion is the way it applies. It’s quite thick and takes forever to rub in. Literally forever. I try to look past that and just think of the results. It smells good but leans a bit more masculine. I also do like how it dries down and has that mattifying effect.

Black Velvet Tanning lotion
I absolutely LOVE this lotion..it goes on nice and gives you an instant darker shade once you get out of the tanning bed..I also love that my tan gets darker as the day goes on and the lotion smells good.

Uneven color. Not happy with this product. My first time not buying product from my salon. Super disappointed

Dark Tanning lotion
I used this twice in a week and got super dark. Life happens and keeps me away from the tanning bed sometimes, but I still have good color. The scent is good and I didn't feel I had after tan odor. Rub it in well and you won't have streaking.

The best ever
This tanning lotion gives results the 1st try. I would advise to be sure to wipe hands clean after applying, as it dies turn your hands orange.
